This week we took 56 members of the school choir to sing at the Wilmington Christmas Market that is held in the Wilmington Memorial Hall. The children and their parents/carers had a fantastic time. Their singing was amazing and they filled the hall with Christmas cheer!
As the countdown to Christmas begins we have had a really exciting week preparing for The Great Christmas Bake-Off! The children have had great fun designing their yummy treats before getting their hands dirty (and licking them clean again!) whilst making them.
This week the Year 2 children have been authors and are very excited to be entering a fantastic writer’s competition.
Year 2 having been demonstrating a range of skills within their Maths Mastery Lessons this week.
This week saw us host our very first fussy eater’s workshop. A big thank you to all the parents who attended; we all agreed it was a great success.
Well done Maple Class on your assembly this week! We are very proud of all the children for learning their lines and songs and performing to the rest of the school and the family members who came to watch.
