We are really pleased to see the children back at school refreshed and eager to learn during this new term. Already this week we have seen children mixing potions in our new outside ‘magic kitchen’. We have created our own spider webs after finding a HUGE spider in The Explorers Room. After researching we found out that it was a common garden spider and enjoyed setting ‘Flowers’ (as she was named!) free in our bug hotel.
There has also been great excitement over the new tree bridge in the garden after it was chopped down during the half term holiday. The children have really enjoyed climbing, balancing and exploring the new feature and we look forward to seeing what new learning takes place!
Finally, lots of children are talking about firework displays that they are going to see at the weekend and we would love to see any photographs that may be taken during this time. We wish you a wonderful and safe weekend.
