Supporting the strategic use of our financial resources and ensuring that we strive to get the best value for money for our school is fundamental to my role. I also lead on our school admissions process as well supporting our Senior Leadership Team with financial planning and procedures.

Position: Achievement Leader

Driving school improvement through teaching and learning and excellent attendance is the main focus of my role. I support our Senior Leaders and teaching team to ensure that children are challenged and supported as necessary and endeavour to ensure that all children make accelerated progress. I work with parents to ensure intervention for our poorest attenders is rapid, as well as supporting our parents to eradicate persistent absence and ensure our target of 97% is maintained . Striving for a school full of healthy eaters is vital therefore my role is to provide our children with the most delicious, exciting and nutritious meals. I work with our parents to craft a menu that all our children love. We are proud of our school meals here and we aim to share our expertise with our parents.
