This week we have continued focusing on fractions in Maths. We have now begun to apply the skills and knowledge we have learnt into finding fractions of shapes by investigating which can be split in half and quarters.
In English we have been learning what a command is and used this to create a set of instructions to get from the princess’s palace to the bear’s castle. We have used a range of different time connectives and adverbs to make our writing even more exciting!
Throughout our PE lessons this term the children have built on a variety of throwing, catching and defending skills. This made for a very exciting Benchball competition where Sycamore Class absolutely shone and won the title of Benchball Champions 2018!
