The children really enjoyed sharing the text, ‘Pumpkin Soup’, by Helen Cooper and have been exploring pumpkins this week.
We have settled well into our new term and our new topic of Antarctica.
This week the children have been learning about the Jolly Postman and have been writing letters, creating maps and looking at some of the traditional stories in the book.
Trying to teach our children the importance of healthy eating and nutrition is a constant nightmare for many parents.

Sycamore Class have won a prize for being the class with the most children who walk, scoot, cycle or park and stride to school!
We are very excited to have been learning about the events that took place on the 5th of November in 1605 when Guy Fawkes tried to blow up the Houses of Parliament.
We are really pleased to see the children back at school refreshed and eager to learn during this new term.
