In Challenge time this week Year One have spent time acting out and story mapping the events from the story of The Three Little Pigs. The children have been writing the story in full and have been building and labelling houses. We have also explored how to make the colour pink to paint pigs and have made pigs out of clay.
At home task: See what you can find out about wolves and pigs as we will be writing fact files next week.
In Maths this week, the children have been bridging to make ten in order to solve subtraction facts and have been solving different problems. We have started to learn about time and have ordered the months of the year and have sequenced some key familiar events.
