Infant Agility Festival

This is a competitive event, where a number of our Year 2 children will take part in a series of field events, demonstrating their balancing, throwing, bowling and jumping skills. Each school will be scored on a points system and the overall highest achieving team of the day will represent Dartford at the Kent School Games final.

The event has been rescheduled for Wednesday 25^th April and is taking place at the Ebbsfleet Academy, Southfleet Road, Swanscombe, DA10 0BZ. The event will take place inside and we are asking that the children wear trainers, jogging bottoms and their PE top to school. If your child has been selected, please send your child in with their school uniform in a bag so they can change when they arrive back at school.

The event starts 9:30am and finishes at 12:00noon. We will be leaving school at 9:00am promptly and will not be able to wait for late arrivals. Please can you drop your child off at 8.45am at the school office where Miss Blancke will register them ready to leave at 9:00am.

Please ensure they bring with them a water bottle and a snack for after the event. No glass bottles, sweets or fizzy drinks please. We will have lunch on our return to school.

We are only taking 10 children to this event and will be travelling by mini bus. Unfortunately this year the organisers are asking that no parents are to attend the event as it is taking place inside a school, rather than a sports centre as it has previously.
