It has been another busy week in Year 2! We have taken on the role of a character from our book ‘The Princess and the White Bear King’ and written a diary entry. We have been writing in the first person, using the past tense and including feelings and emotions. Linking to our phonics focus, the children have tried to include a range of different sentence types to make their writing even more interesting!
In Maths, we have been tackling fractions! We have used resources to count out different quantities and found halves and quarters of these amounts. Why not try some at home?
