We offer a range of after school activities held on the premises, led by external clubs.
Each full term parent receive a Clubs Newsletter via ParentMail detailing all the available clubs for the next term, along with dates and cost.
All club sign-ups take place online at: joydenswoodinfant.parentseveningsystem.co.uk
The booking system opens for 48 hours for you to sign your child up – you will be informed of the dates by text or email. Places are on a strictly first-come first-served basis. Please be aware that the places fill up extremely quickly so go for your first choice of clubs first.
Please login with your surname only and email address along with the child’s forename that matches our records, surname and date of birth. We strongly advise doing a trial run beforehand to ensure you are familiar with the system.
Select the club/s you wish to sign up for and click ‘book’. If it is already full, you can choose to be placed on the waiting list. You will receive an email confirming your child’s place. By booking your child onto a club or placing them on the waiting list you are consenting for them to attend the club and no further forms will be required by the school. However, the clubs may ask you to complete their own forms in order to obtain medical/emergency contact details.
If you receive confirmation your child has a place at a club/s, please place the correct cash/cheque in separate sealed envelope/s with your child’s name and the club to which it refers and hand it in to the office prior to the club starting. No loose change please.
Should you have any queries regarding the sign-up system, or if you do not have access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to try and add appointments on your behalf.
