DESCRIPTION:All club sign-ups will be done online at joydenswoodinfant.parentseveningsystem.co.uk. \nThe booking system will open at 8pm on Wednesday 29 November and will close at 8pm on Friday 1 December for all clubs.  Places are on a strictly first-come first-served basis. Please be aware that the places fill up extremely quickly so go for your first choice of clubs first. \nPlease login with your surname only and email address along with the child’s forename that matches our records\, surname and date of birth. We strongly advise doing a trial run beforehand to ensure you are familiar with the system. \nSelect the club/s you wish to sign up for and click ‘book’. If it is already full\, you can choose to be placed on the waiting list.  You will receive an email confirming your child’s place.  By booking your child onto a club or placing them on the waiting list you are consenting for them to attend the club and no further forms will be required by the school. However\, the clubs may ask for emergency contact details and so on. \nIf you receive confirmation your child has a place at a club/s\, please place the correct cash/cheque in separate sealed envelope/s with your child’s name and the club to which it refers and hand it in to the office. No loose change please. \nShould you have any queries regarding the sign-up system\, or if you do not have access to the internet\, please contact the school office who will be happy to try and add appointments on your behalf. \nDress code for clubs:  \n\nDance clubs – comfortable clothes/shoes – no heels\nGymnastics – shorts/leggings/t-shirt/leotard – no shoes required\nFootball – Reception: training kit and water bottle; Y1/2: training kit\, football boots/trainers (sensible clothes dependent on weather) and water bottle\nArt – old shirt to wear over uniform\n\n
