Sports Day and Big Summer BBQ
5th July 2019 @ 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Please send your child to school in their PE kit only, no book bags or uniform is needed but every child must wear a sun hat and have sun cream on and bring in a full water bottle. Please note, after Sports Day the children will not need their kits back in school and you may keep them at home until the new academic year.
The outline for Sports Day is as follows:
Parents can turn up from 12.30pm (Wood Close and Park Way only) Limited seats will be available, parents are encouraged to bring their own picnic blankets etc.
Summer BBQ, Refreshments and ice creams available from 12.30pm. You may purchase food tokens for the BBQ from PTA in the school playground daily between 3.00pm from Wednesday 26th June. We encourage food tokens to be purchased by Tuesday 2nd July, however food is purchasable on the day should you wish.

Awards ceremony to follow last race. Once Sports Day finishes and parents/carers may collect their children from the classrooms (as normal).
THE BBQ AND REFRESHMENTS WILL CONTINUE AFTERSCHOOL, JUNIOR SCHOOL FAMILIES ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO JOIN US.
